We are pleased to offer online ticket sales through Vendini Tickets. Tickets may be purchased online with Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards. E-tickets can be instantly printed once your transaction is completed or you may select to send to your mobile phone before the performance. Your credit card will be billed by our electronic Box Office Agent and your statement will note “Vendini Tickets” and not Virginia Ballet Company.
How to Purchase Tickets (Pre-sales)
To order tickets, go to our performance page. When on the performance page follow the BUY TICKETS NOW link for the event you would like to purchase. You will then be directed to the Vendini online shopping cart where you can choose your seats and price level. Some shows have the options of Adult, Child, Student, Senior and General Admission. NOTICE that each option may have a different price. Choose your ticket level carefully as this information cannot be changed after the purchase is completed. The online shopping cart system is run by Vendini.
When purchasing tickets, you have the option to select “Print at Home” or “Mobile Phone”.
- If you choose “Print at Home”, you will receive an e-mail with a link to your tickets. Please print the tickets at home and bring them on the day of the performance.
- If you select “Mobile Phone”, the tickets will go to your mobile device. The ticket you receive on your mobile phone is a real ticket and can be shown to the usher at the door. If you choose to send to your mobile phone you do not need to visit the box office on the day of the performance.
- If you have trouble printing or can’t find your tickets (either to print or on your phone), come the Box Office on the day of the performance. We will be able to look up your tickets and print them for you.
- If you are concerned about whether your ticket order “went through”, please call the office. They will contact the Box Office Staff to check on the status of your purchase.
How to Purchase Tickets on the Day of a Performance
On-line ticket purchases can be made on the day of the performance, right up until the performance time. In order to avoid lines, we suggest that you make your purchase at home and either print your tickets or have your tickets sent to your phone.
You may also purchase your tickets in person using cash, check or credit card. The Box Office will be open one hour prior to curtain. All ticket purchases will include a processing fee, regardless of how the tickets were purchased. If a check is returned due to insufficient funds, a $35 fee will be assessed.
If a show is sold out, you can try your luck at the box office to see if anyone “turned in” unused tickets.
Note: No ticket sales purchase at the studio on the day of the performance.
Note: If you have questions, please do not call the studio as there is no one actually at the studio to take your call. Please come to the Box Office with any questions. The Box Office opens one hour prior to curtain. See below for the address of the theatre.
How to Purchase Tickets for a Group
If you are purchasing for a group of 10 or more to a single performance, your 10% discount is applied automatically. If you have any issues with your purchase please contact us at email@example.com. There is no need to contact us to receive the discount.
How to Purchase Wheelchair Accessible Seating
The Ernst Community Cultural Center has 12 available wheelchair spaces in the theatre. If you need to purchase a wheelchair seat, please call our office staff and they will contact the Box Office Staff on your behalf. Please give us at least 72 hours notice for wheelchair seats.
Please note: Accessible seating is an open space to specifically accommodate a wheelchair and assumes the patron is coming in a wheelchair. If you need a “seat”, you will want to select the regular seats. If you need help getting to your seats, we recommend seats in the back of the house on an aisle. If you’d like assistance in picking these seats, you may call the office and they will contact the Box Office Staff on your behalf.
The Ernst Community Cultural Theatre does provide companion seating. These seats are either in the row directly in front of or behind the wheelchair seats. If you prefer to sit in a seat next to a wheelchair, please contact us so we can discuss potential available options. When you contact the office, they will contact the Box Office Staff on your behalf. Please allow 72 hours notice for wheelchair seats and wheel chair companion seats.
